Returns and Refunds Policy
If you need to return your jewelry for any reason, let us know within 3 days of receipt and return ship within 7 days for merchandise credit.
How To Return An Item

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or broken will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) through PayPal (no account needed).
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 2-3 days Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This service provides delivery within 2 days in most cases, a tracking number, and insures the product against damage during shipping for order over $100.
Other Shipping Methods
If you would prefer to have your order shipped overnight, please use the contact form to request a shipping quote.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
